What happens to my trip after 6 months on a one-time plan?
The planner goes offline after 6 months on one-time plans. We'll email you 30 days before it expires so you can export your data or upgrade to a Pro subscription to keep it accessible indefinitely.
Can I access old trips on a subscription?
Yes — Pro and Family+ subscribers keep all past trips accessible for as long as their subscription is active. You get a personal trip index page listing every trip with links, dates, and summaries. Your journals, photos, and notes are all preserved.
How do trip credits work in the bundle?
When you buy the Trip Bundle you receive 3 setup codes by email. Redeem one each time you're ready to plan a new trip — credits never expire so use them at your own pace. Each trip is active for 6 months from the date it's set up.
